Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because each Busy Book is made in a limited run, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Order changes Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to help, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Once it has shipped, all sales are final.

Damaged in transit If your Busy Book arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

Non-delivery If your order never arrives, contact us and we'll make it right.
